Who am I?
First off I would like to say that I am a firm believer in The Lord Jesus Christ and the Inerrant Living Word of Holy Scriptures as adhered to with the original manuscripts.
I am a survivor.
I am a descendant of Mayflower Passenger Henry Sam(p)son.
I have several disabilities that I battle every day. First and foremost today is Recurrent Severe Major Depression. That in itself is a major hurdle. To understand will take more time than I am able to give at this time but this personal blog will help myself and others understand Mental Health and the different “flavors” that it holds. My second major disability is chronic severe pain in lower back and hip as well as shoulder at times. Praise God to make things more interesting, I have begun to get pain in both feet because of Gout. Was told for years it showed in my blood work and it runs in my family.
I have quite a few passions and escapes. Having them to turn to helps with the daily battle just to keep on keeping on.
Holy Scripture. Learning and Reading. Photography. Outdoors, Camping. Saving businesses money. Helping People. Volunteering. Bike Riding. Exploring. Gardening. Music. Live events.
I failed at being a Good Husband on the first attempt. As with most anyone there are my fair share of stupid decisions and mistakes that were made in my past. Much of that will be brought up in this blog and in chats.
These statements still are not me but just a description of actions and deeds. The result of many of them is a hard fall in one form or another.
But, as my dear departed brother Jerry once told me. Fall down, Get Back Up!
Been doing it every day. Sometimes every minute of every day. To battle. To survive.
Like I said, I am a Survivor.
That is a sum up of me.
